We respect your right to privacy, which is guaranteed by Article 22 of the Transitional Constitution of the Republic of South Sudan, 2011 — under which the privacy of all persons is inviolable. We handle your personal information in keeping with that right and with responsible data-handling practices.
South Sudan does not yet have a standalone data-protection statute; the Government has announced a Data Protection Bill expected in 2026. Until it is enacted we rely on your constitutional right to privacy and good-practice standards, and we will align with the new law once it takes effect.

- Your delivery address and location data when you enable delivery tracking.
- Technical diagnostics and usage data for app reliability and security.
How We Use Information
- Provide food ordering, checkout, delivery and order tracking.
- Authenticate users and keep accounts secure.
- Improve product performance and customer support.
- Meet legal, safety and fraud-prevention obligations.
Sharing and Retention
We share data only with providers required to operate Soluna — such as hosting, messaging and delivery partners — and with our delivery riders to complete your order. We do not sell your personal data.
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
How We Protect Your Data
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Unauthorized access to computer systems and data is an offence under South Sudan's Cybercrimes and Computer Misuse laws.
Your Rights and Choices
You may request access to, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, and you can delete your account from within the app. You may withdraw location permission at any time through your device settings.
Children
Soluna is not directed to children under 18, who are recognised as children under Article 17 of the Transitional Constitution. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
