Soluna

Agreement and Governing Law

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Soluna, which operates in Juba, Republic of South Sudan. Your use of the service is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Sudan, including the Transitional Constitution of the Republic of South Sudan, 2011.

Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of South Sudan sitting in Juba. Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory provision of South Sudanese law, that law prevails.

Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old — the age of majority, since Article 17 of the Transitional Constitution defines a child as any person under 18 — to hold an account and place orders.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Orders, Prices and Payment

  • Menu items, prices and availability are shown in South Sudanese Pounds (SSP) and may change at any time.
  • An order is an offer to buy and is confirmed only once accepted by Soluna or the vendor.
  • Payment is primarily cash on delivery; any other methods are shown at checkout. You agree to pay the total shown, including delivery fees and any applicable taxes.

Delivery, Cancellation and Refunds

  • We deliver within our stated Juba coverage area; delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • You may cancel before an order is dispatched. Once food is prepared or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • Refunds and other redress are handled under our support policy and applicable South Sudanese law.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its security, data or availability.
  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose. Misuse of computer systems may constitute an offence under South Sudan's Cybercrimes and Computer Misuse laws.

Intellectual Property

Soluna branding, application content and software remain the property of Soluna or its licensors, and are protected as property under Article 28 of the Transitional Constitution and applicable law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

Liability, Changes and Contact

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by South Sudanese law, Soluna is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
